U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encourages all Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) trade community users to take this brief survey. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Your response will help CBP understand users’ satisfaction with ACE, its capabilities and user experience. A high response rate will ensure more accurate representation across the trade community. The survey will remain open through 11:59 p.m. ET tonight, September 11, 2026.
