Allied CHB is a licensed U.S. customs broker, CBP filer code 9AJ. Send item data by API or by file, or send the CN 23 and ITMATT data that your post already produces. We validate each item, classify it and file it on the route that it needs.

Three ways to send data

Use the method that your team already runs. The data set is the same.
  • APIPlanned

    JSON over HTTPS

    A batch of items in one request. We validate each item in the same request and return one result for each item. One client ID and secret for each environment.
  • File

    Excel or CSV

    Our template has the same fields, a rule for each column and drop-down lists. Send the file by email.
  • Postal data

    CN 23 and ITMATT

    We map the customs declaration data that your post already sends: S10 number, sender, addressee, contents, value, HS code and origin.

What happens after you send

Four steps for each item.
  1. 01 Validate

    Schema and S10

    The JSON Schema, the S10 check digit, the U.S. ZIP code and the value of each item.

  2. 02 Classify

    10-digit HTSUS

    The HTSUS number and the Chapter 99 lines of each item, with the duty for the entry date.

  3. 03 File

    ACE entry

    Entry type 13, type 11 or a formal entry, on the route that each item needs.

  4. 04 Report

    Status and duty

    The entry number, the CBP status and the duty of each item.
