Что объявила CBP?
CBP объявила о вебинаре, проведенном 9 июля 2026 года, для обучения пользователей работе с порталом по принудительному труду (Forced Labor Portal), который был запущен 21 января 2026 года. В сообщении указано, что использование портала является обязательным для подачи запросов на проверку допустимости и изменение приказов о задержании (Withhold Release Order) или заключений (Finding), проверок применимости UFLPA и запросов на исключения, а также запросов на исключения по CAATSA. Регистрация была бесплатной, и участие в сессии засчитывалось в рамках программы непрерывного обучения CBP (Continuing Education Program).

U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade is hosting a webinar on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET titled Forced Labor Portal Overview. CBP will conduct an overview to train users on the usage of the new Forced Labor Portal that launched on January 21, 2026.
It is now a mandatory requirement to use the Forced Labor Portal for the submission of the following types of review requests:
• Withhold Release Order/Finding admissibility reviews
• Withhold Release Order/Finding modifications
• Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act applicability reviews
• Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act exception requests
• Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act exception requests
