High-Volume E-Commerce
Automated manifest and entry filing for e-commerce platforms, in every hour of every day.
E-commerce platforms send parcel data in large, continuous flows. Allied CHB files the air manifest and the customs entries for these parcels with its own clearance platform.
Informal and formal entries
We file informal entries (type 11) and formal entries (type 01) for e-commerce parcels, and we pay the duty where it applies.
Shipping parcels by international mail? See entry type 13 informal mail entry and detained mail and CBP Form 3509.
Automated filing in every hour of every day
Our platform uploads the air manifest and the ACAS data for each master air waybill. Then it builds the entries and sends them to CBP. It files in every hour of every day, weekends included, and it checks for CBP holds every 30 minutes.
- More than 65 million e-commerce parcels cleared in the 12 months to August 31, 2026, through 5 U.S. ports
- More than 600,000 parcels cleared on our busiest day
- More than 14 million house bills sent to CBP by automated manifest uploads since April 2026
- More than 300,000 U.S. customs entries since the de minimis suspension of August 29, 2025
CBP holds
When CBP holds a parcel, our platform records the hold code, the agency and the time, and it alerts our staff. We then work the hold with CBP or the agency.
Connect your data
Send parcel data by API or by file. Our platform can also send the customs status of each parcel to your system by API. See the developer pages.
