CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布更新ACE海运/铁路进口舱单附录D文件，新增两个处置代码：D2代表新增封条，D3代表删除封条，供未来系统升级使用。信息表示将另发CSMS公告，说明认证(Certification)及正式上线(Production)的发布日期。此次公告未设定新代码的生效日期。

The following ACE CAMIR ACE Ocean/Rail Import Manifest Appendix D - Disposition Codes document has been updated for a future enhancement with new disposition codes: D2 – Seal Added and D3 – Seal Deleted.
These new error codes for both Ocean and Rail will generate a D2 notification when CBP adds a new seal to a container and generates a D3 notification when CBP has deleted or removed a seal from a container.
