CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP发布了2026年澳大利亚自由贸易协定的配额公告26-103号,涵盖根据美国附加注释第8至19项,列于第98章子目下的农产品。配额期为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日,开放日期为2026年1月2日。在开放日当天,于当地口岸时间凌晨12:01之后但美国东部时间上午8:30之前申报的进口货物,将按上午8:30的申报时间计入配额;若任何HTSUS类别在该时间已超过其限额,则按比例分配。

Quota Period:
January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
Opening Date:
Friday, January 2, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
