CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布第26-403号配额公告，内容涉及HTSUS第52章附加美国注释7项下未梳理或未精梳的棉花。配额期间为2026年8月1日至2027年7月31日，开放日期为2026年8月3日。在开放日期提早申报的报单获得美东时间上午8:30的申报时间，CBP表示如任何HTSUS分组在该时间超过其限额，将对已受理的报单按比例分配。

Cotton, not carded or combed, the product of any country or area including the United States, as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 52, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 7.
Quota Period:
August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Opening Date:
Monday, August 3, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
