CBP宣布协调制度更新（HSU）2620，于2026年8月14日创建，包含16项协调关税记录及53项自动报关行接口（ABI）记录。此次更新实施了2026年8月5日在《联邦公报》公布的石英台面产品配额HTS变更。CBP将配额相关问题交由其配额与农业处处理，HSU相关问题交由HTS管理员处理。
