CBP发布了2027年含糖产品配额公告26-304,适用于HTSUS第17、18、19及21章附加美国注释8。配额期为2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,配额于2026年10月1日开放。在开放当日,凡于当地口岸时间凌晨12:01后、东部时间上午8:30前提交的报关单,其报关时间均记为上午8:30。若某HTSUS类别于东部时间上午8:30的总量超过其限额,CBP将对所有已接受的报关单按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
