CBP发布了关于HTSUS第21章附加美国注释4项下调味品及混合调味料的配额公告26-221。配额期间为2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,于2026年10月1日开放。在开放当日港口当地时间凌晨12:01后但美东时间上午8:30前申报的报单,将以上午8:30为报单时间;若任一HTSUS组别在该时间已超过限额,已受理的报单将按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
