CBP宣布根据美国协调关税表(HTSUS)第18章附加美国注释1,发布可可粉配额公告26-215号。配额期间为2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,于2026年10月1日开始。于开始日当地口岸时间凌晨12:01至东部时间上午8:30之间申报的报关单,就配额而言,均视为上午8:30申报。若任何HTSUS组别的申报总量在该时间超过限额,已接受的申报单将按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
