CBP 宣布了什么？
美国海关与边境保护局(CBP)发布了配额公告26-310,公布2027年特殊糖关税配额结果。该配额于2026年10月1日开放,并在开放时刻即已超额申购。ACE计算出的比例分摊百分比为44.58212%,并发送了报单摘要状态通知(UC)消息,显示每份报单的比例分摊数量。报关人或进口商须在获准放行后五个工作日内重新传输数据,此期限于2026年10月13日当地时间下午4:30截止。

Commodity: Specialty Sugar as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 17 and 21 subheadings, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 5.
The tariff rate quota for Specialty Sugar opened on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and over-subscribed at opening moment. The pro rata percentage of 44.58212 % or 0.4458212 was calculated via Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and an Entry Summary Status Notification (UC) message was generated detailing the prorated quantity per entry.
The filer/importer has five business days from the date of authorized release to re-transmit the data. The five-business day window expires on October 13, 2026, at 4:30 pm local time.
