What did CBP announce?
CBP published Quota Bulletin 26-501 for animal feed containing milk or milk derivatives, classified under HTSUS Chapter 23, Additional U.S. Note 2. The quota period ran from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, and the quota opened on January 2, 2026. Entries filed between 12:01 am local port time and 8:30 am Eastern Time on the opening date received an 8:30 am entry time for quota purposes, with proration if any HTSUS group exceeded its limit.
