CBP published Quota Bulletin 26-412 for fine denier polyester staple fiber (chapter 55) entered temporarily free of duty under bond under HTSUS chapter 98. The quota period runs from November 23, 2026, through November 22, 2027. Entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and before 08:30 am ET on the opening date receive an 08:30 am entry time. If any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 am ET, CBP prorates all accepted entries.
