What did CBP announce?
CBP announced Quota Bulletin 26-201 for 2026 beef, covering HTSUS Chapter 2, Additional U.S. Note 3. The quota period ran January 1 to December 31, 2026, opening January 2, 2026. Entries filed early on the opening date received an 08:30 am ET entry time, and CBP would prorate accepted entries if a HTSUS group's limit was exceeded at that time.
