CBP announced an invasive maintenance window for the ACE certification standard environment, scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET on January 7. This affected the test environment used to certify filing software, not the production ACE system used for live entries.
What is Allied's position?
This notice concerned the ACE certification test environment that brokers use to test filing software, not live entry filing. It did not affect entries we filed for clients at the time, and it has no bearing on entries now. Clients did not need to take any action.
