What did CBP announce?
CBP announced that Air Manifest EDI bill transmission messages submitted between 5:05 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. ET on February 19, 2026 needed to be resent to ensure timely manifesting. The notice was informational and directed technical questions to CBP's Cargo Control and Release team or to client representatives. It applied only to air carriers and filers affected by that specific transmission window.
