What did CBP announce?
CBP announced that courtesy notices for liquidations, extensions and suspensions changed from a weekly to a daily schedule, sent Sundays through Thursdays. CBP stated the notice format did not change. The message was a reminder of this schedule update.
What is Allied's position?
At the time, this changed only how often CBP sent these notices to filers, not their content. Later CSMS messages may have changed this schedule further, so clients with questions about a specific entry's liquidation notice should ask us to check the current status.
