The 25-Year and 21-Year Rules

For vintage and classic automobiles, the landscape changes. A vehicle at least 21 years old is exempt from EPA emissions standards, and a vehicle at least 25 years old is exempt from DOT FMVSS standards. We claim these exemptions seamlessly on your behalf.
