CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP发布了第26-209号配额通告,适用于HTSUS第21章、美国附加注释5项下的冰淇淋。配额期间自2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日,开放日为2026年1月2日。在开放日当天提早申报的报单获得美东时间上午8:30的申报时间,CBP表示将对当时超过限额的任何HTSUS组别按比例分配。

Quota Period:
January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
Opening Date:
Friday, January 2, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 08:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
