CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布,自2026年1月2日起,已强化ACE安全数据系统(ACE Secure Data Portal),让身为贸易账户所有人(Trade Account Owner)的进口商可在“进口商”子账户页面的“被通知人”(Notify Parties)分栏下,新增被通知人,亦称为特别地址通知(CBP Form 4811)被通知人。

这是ACE系统为自行管理贸易账户所有人子账户的进口商提供的可选功能,并非申报要求。此变更并未改变我们为客户申报进口报单的方式。若客户希望在自己的ACE系统账户中新增被通知人,可自行办理,但因本次变更,客户无需就此向我们采取任何行动。

On January 2, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will enhance the Automated Commercial Environment Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) to give importers, who are ACE Portal Trade Account Owners (TAOs), the ability to add notify parties, aka “Special Address Notification (CBP Form 4811) notify parties,” under the Notify Parties tab within the Importer sub-account view.
