CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布更新ACE文件图像系统(DIS)实施指南。此次更新新增两个文件标签代码,对应重新授权的AGOA与海地HOPE/HELP贸易优惠计划,一个用于AGOA文件,另一个用于海地文件。CBP并指引申报人参阅相关信息,以了解新标签的使用方法。
Allied 的立场是什么？
这是一项技术性更新,涉及AGOA与海地贸易优惠计划支持文件在ACE系统中的标签与提交方式。此更新仅涉及报关行申报这些计划时所使用的文件编码,并非税率或资格条件的变更。依AGOA或海地计划进口的客户无需采取行动,但若有相关进口报单正在进行,建议请Allied确认当前的文件要求。

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Document Image System (DIS) Implementation Guide. The updated guide is available here: ACE DIS Implementation Guide (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-dis-implementation-guide).
Two Document Label Codes were added for CBP related to the reauthorization of Preferential Trade Legislative (PTL) programs: African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Haiti Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership Encouragement Act (HOPE), and Haiti Economic Lift Program (HELP).
One Document Label is for AGOA and the other is for Haiti. Please see the change log for specifics.
