CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP 宣布更新 ACE CATAIR 错误代码词典（V47），将错误代码613的名称由「HTS RELATIONSHIP/SEQUENCE MISMATCH」改为「HTS RELATIONSHIP MISMATCH」。CBP 移除了顺序参照，因为不正确的HTS号码排序现在会触发另一个现有的错误代码852「HTS OUT OF SEQUENCE」。此更新已于2026年5月28日部署至CERT和PROD环境。
Allied 的立场是什么？
这是ABI系统报告特定HTS错误方式的技术性名称变更，影响的是像Allied这样的报关行，而非直接影响进口商。我们会在申报时将更新后的错误名称以及独立的852顺序错误纳入考虑。客户对此变更不需采取任何行动。

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V47 has been posted under Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update includes the following:
• Updated existing error name for 613 from “HTS RELATIONSHIP/SEQUENCE MISMATCH” to “HTS RELATIONSHIP MISMATCH”
• The reference to "sequence" is being removed as the sequencing validation now returns existing error 852 HTS OUT OF SEQUENCE in response to an incorrect sequence of submitted HTS numbers.
This update is scheduled to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment and the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on May 28, 2026.
