CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP发布配额公告26-509,涵盖根据第14309号行政命令对英国汽车实施的2026年第三季度关税配额。配额期间自2026年7月1日至2026年9月30日,开放日为2026年7月1日。在开放日当天提早申报的报单,其申报时间定为东部时间上午8:30,CBP表示如果某个HTSUS分组的限额在该时间已超过,将按比例分配已受理的报单。

Quota Period: July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026
Opening Date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
