CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布配额公告26-404,涵盖HTSUS第52章、美国附加注释第8项下未梳理或未精梳之棉花。配额期间为2026年8月1日至2027年7月31日,开放日为2026年8月3日。于开放日美东时间上午8:30前申报之报单,依该申报时间计入配额;CBP表示,若任一HTSUS组别于该时间超出限额,将按比例分配已接受之报单。

Cotton, not carded or combed, the product of any country or area including the United States, as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 52, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 8.
Quota Period:
August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Opening Date:
Monday, August 3, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
