CBP宣布第26-401号配额公告,适用于HTSUS第52章附加美国注释5项下未梳未整棉花。配额期间自2026年9月20日至2027年9月19日,开放日期为2026年9月21日。于开放日当天美东时间上午8:30前申报的报单,均视为上午8:30申报,CBP表示若任何HTSUS类别于当时超过配额上限,将按比例核配已受理的报单。

Opening Date:
Monday, September 21, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
