CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP发布配额公告26-502,宣布2027年烟草配额期间,自2026年9月13日至2027年9月12日。配额于2026年9月14日星期一开放。在开放日当天,凌晨12:01(当地口岸时间)至上午8:30(东部时间)之间申报的报单,均获得上午8:30的申报时间,若任何HTSUS类别总量在该时间点超过限额,CBP会按比例分配已受理的报单。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
