CBP宣布第2621号协调关税表更新（HSU 2621），于2026年8月22日创建，包含13条协调关税记录及54条ABI记录。此次更新包括第338条关税变更，详情另见CSMS 69606660。此外，此更新为三个HTS编码新增FS3标记，并将五个与美国食品安全检验局（FSIS）审查要求相关的HTS编码的FS4标记变更为FS3。

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2621 was created on August 22, 2026, and contains 13 harmonized tariff records and 54 ABI records.

HSU 2621 also contains the following PGA HTS flagging updates for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
- FS3 flag added to HTS codes 2106909990, 2106909993, and 2106909994; and
- FS4 flag updated to FS3 on HTS codes 0407210030, 0408110000, 0408190000, 0408910000, and 0408990000.
