CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP更新了ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest Implementation Guide（海运出口舱单实施指南）。此次更新说明，如果船舶没有名称，申报人必须在船舶名称（Vessel Name）数据字段中输入船舶识别码VESSEL。CBP将技术问题交由客户代表（Client Representatives）处理，政策问题请发送至其出口舱单电子邮箱地址。

此项更新涉及海运承运人的出口舱单申报，适用于在ACE系统中传输船舶数据的申报人。这不会改变Allied为进口商办理的报关项目。客户不需采取任何行动。

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest – Input to Customs and Border Protection Implementation Guides (IG).
Updates implemented:
- Updated description in Segment M01, Data Element Vessel Name – to include note “If there is no Vessel name, a vessel ID of “VESSEL” is required.”
- Updated IG can be found at Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-exports-ocean-camir-export-manifest-input-customs-and-border-protection)
