CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布2026年度CAFTA-DR紡織品累積貨品配額公告26-105。該公告涵蓋HTSUS第62章中,在CAFTA-DR國家裁剪或針織成型並縫製或組裝,且使用墨西哥原料的服裝。配額期間為2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日,配額於2026年1月2日(星期五)開放。於開放當日上午08:30前提交的報關單獲得上午08:30的報關時間,若某組別超過限額則按比例分配。

Commodity:
Apparel goods of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 62, cut or knit-to-shape and sewn or otherwise assembled in CAFTA-DR (Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement) countries, utilizing materials from Mexico, as provided for in Chapter 98, Subchapter XXII, United States Note 21.
Quota Period:
January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
Opening Date:
Friday, January 2, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 am for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 am ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
