CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布了2026年澳洲自由貿易協定的配額公告26-103號,涵蓋根據美國附加注釋第8至19項,列於第98章子目下的農產品。配額期間為2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日,開放日期為2026年1月2日。在開放日當天,於當地口岸時間凌晨12:01之後但美國東部時間上午8:30之前申報的進口貨物,將按上午8:30的申報時間計算配額;若任何HTSUS類別於該時間已超過其限額,則按比例分配。

Agricultural products described in Chapter 98 subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Additional United States Notes (AUSN) 8 through 19.
Quota Period:
January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
Opening Date:
Friday, January 2, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
