CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布第26-403號配額公告，內容涉及HTSUS第52章附加美國注釋7項下未梳理或未精梳的棉花。配額期間為2026年8月1日至2027年7月31日，開放日期為2026年8月3日。在開放日期提早申報的報單獲得美東時間上午8:30的申報時間，CBP表示若任何HTSUS分組在該時間超過其限額，將對已受理的報單按比例分配。

Cotton, not carded or combed, the product of any country or area including the United States, as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 52, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 7.
Quota Period:
August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Opening Date:
Monday, August 3, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
