CBP宣布已將CPSC實施指南(CPSC Implementation Guide)與PGA旗標執法表(PGA Flag Enforcement Table)從草案章節區移至官方PGA訊息集文件(PGA Message Set Documents)區。此舉使這些文件成為含CPSC資料報單所使用的標準CATAIR參考資料的一部分。該訊息未說明任何申報要求的生效日期。
