CBP發布第26-405號配額公告，涵蓋《美國協調關稅表》第52章附加美國注釋9項下的棉花梳條。配額期間為2026年9月20日至2027年9月19日，配額於2026年9月21日開放。在開放日當地口岸時間凌晨12:01至美東時間上午8:30之間申報的報單，就配額而言將視為於上午8:30申報，若超過HTSUS組別限額，則按比例分配。

September 20, 2026, through September 19, 2027
Opening Date:
Monday, September 21, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
