CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP發布第26-406號配額公告,內容涵蓋HTSUS第52章附加美國附註10項下已加工但未紡紗之棉花纖維。配額期間自2026年9月11日起至2027年9月10日止,於2026年9月11日開放。於開放日上午8:30(美東時間)前申報之報單,一律視為上午8:30申報;CBP表示,若任何HTSUS類別超過其限額,將按比例分配已接受之報單。

Opening Date:
Friday, September 11, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
