CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP發布配額公告26-230，涵蓋美國協調關稅表（HTSUS）第2章附加美國注釋3項下的牛肉，此公告與8月26日總統關於牛肉平價的公告相關。Tranche 1涵蓋2026年9月1日至9月30日，於9月1日美東時間（ET）上午8:30開放。在開放日該時間之前提交的報關單將獲得上午8:30的報關時間，若某HTSUS組別在該時間已超出限額，CBP將按比例分配已受理的報關單。

Quota Period:
Tranche 1: September 1, 2026- September 30, 2026
Tranche 2: October 1, 2026 – October 30, 2026
Tranche 3: October 31, 2026 – November 30, 2026
Opening Dates:
Tuesday, September 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 am for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 am ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
