CBP 在 CBP.gov 上發布了更新的 ACE CATAIR 錯誤字典 V53 版。新增錯誤代碼 F884,EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338。此錯誤會在某行項目缺少適用的應完稅第99章稅則號別時,拒絕該行項目的 Section 338 豁免稅則號別。此錯誤已於2026年8月26日在認證環境與生產環境中生效。

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V53 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section onCBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair).
This update includes the following error:
- F884 – EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338
Use of exemption HTS 9903.03.05 for S338 is not allowed because there is no appropriate dutiable CH99 HTS reported on the line.
This update was deployed to both the CERTIFICATION (CERT) and PRODUCTION (PROD) environments on August 26, 2026.
