美國海關與邊境保護局(CBP)發布了配額公告26-231,內容為根據《進一步確保美國消費者可負擔牛肉》公告所訂定的牛肉配額第二批。第二批涵蓋HTSUS第2章附加美國注釋3項下的牛肉,期間為2026年10月1日至10月30日。第一批已於9月30日結束,第三批則為2026年10月31日至11月30日。凡於當地口岸時間凌晨12:01之後、美東時間10月1日上午8:30之前申報的報單,將以上午8:30作為申報時間;若某類別超過其限額,將按比例分配。

Opening Date:
Thursday, October 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
