CBP發布了2027年含糖產品配額公告26-304,適用於HTSUS第17、18、19及21章附加美國注釋8。配額期為2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,配額於2026年10月1日開放。在開放當日,凡於當地口岸時間凌晨12:01後、東部時間上午8:30前提交的報關單,其報關時間均記為上午8:30。若某HTSUS類別於東部時間上午8:30的總量超過其限額,CBP將對所有已接受的報關單按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
