CBP發布了關於HTSUS第21章附加美國注釋4項下調味品及混合調味料的配額公告26-221。配額期間為2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,於2026年10月1日開放。在開放當日港口當地時間凌晨12:01後但美東時間上午8:30前申報的報單,將以上午8:30為報單時間;若任一HTSUS組別在該時間已超過限額,已受理的報單將按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
