CBP宣布根據美國協調關稅表(HTSUS)第18章附加美國注釋1,發布可可粉配額公告26-215號。配額期間為2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日,於2026年10月1日開始。於開始日當地口岸時間凌晨12:01至東部時間上午8:30之間申報的報關單,就配額而言,均視為上午8:30申報。若任何HTSUS組別的申報總量在該時間超過限額,已接受的申報單將按比例分配。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
