Apparel goods as provided for in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 98, subchapter XX, and Chapter 61, 62 subheadings.
Quota Period:
October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027
Opening Date:
October 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
