美國海關與邊境保護局(CBP)發布了配額公告26-310,公布2027年特殊糖關稅配額結果。該配額於2026年10月1日開放,並在開放時刻即已超額申購。ACE計算出的比例分攤百分比為44.58212%,並發送了報單摘要狀態通知(UC)訊息,顯示每份報單的比例分攤數量。報關人或進口商須在獲准放行後五個工作日內重新傳輸資料,此期限於2026年10月13日當地時間下午4:30截止。

Commodity: Specialty Sugar as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 17 and 21 subheadings, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 5.
The tariff rate quota for Specialty Sugar opened on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and over-subscribed at opening moment. The pro rata percentage of 44.58212 % or 0.4458212 was calculated via Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and an Entry Summary Status Notification (UC) message was generated detailing the prorated quantity per entry.
The filer/importer has five business days from the date of authorized release to re-transmit the data. The five-business day window expires on October 13, 2026, at 4:30 pm local time.
