Was hat CBP angekündigt?
CBP veröffentlichte das Kontingentbulletin 26-223 für ein zusätzliches Zollkontingent von 80,000 metrischen Tonnen für argentinische fettarme Rindfleischabschnitte, aufgeteilt in vier vierteljährliche Tranchen von je 20,000,000 kg. Tranche 1 lief vom 13. Februar 2026 bis zum 31. März 2026 nach dem Prinzip first come, first served. Anmeldungen, die früh am Eröffnungstag eingereicht wurden, erhielten eine Anmeldezeit von 08:30 Uhr ET, mit anteiliger Kürzung, falls das Tranchenlimit zu diesem Zeitpunkt überschritten wurde.
Wie schätzt Allied die Mitteilung ein?
Dieses Bulletin betraf Tranche 1 des Kontingents für argentinisches Rindfleisch 2026, die am 31. März 2026 geschlossen wurde. Spätere Tranchen (2, 3 und 4) könnten seitdem durch separate CBP-Bulletins geöffnet und geschlossen worden sein. Kunden mit Einfuhranmeldungen für argentinisches Rindfleisch im Rahmen dieses Kontingents sollten uns bitten, zu bestätigen, welche Tranche und welcher Kontingentstatus für ihre spezifischen Anmeldungen galt.

Beef as provided for in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) Chapter 2 subheadings Additional United States Note (AUSN) 3(b) and addressed in Presidential Proclamation and Annex “Ensuring Affordable Beef for the American Consumer” and published on February 6, 2026.,
In addition to the aggregate quantity of beef of Argentina specified in AUSN 3(a) to chapter 2 of the tariff schedule for any calendar year, an additional 80,000 metric tons (mt) of lean beef trimmings of Argentina may be entered between 12:01am February 13, 2026 and December 31, 2026 under statistical reporting numbers 0201.30.5091, 0201.30.5097, 0202.30.5091 and 0202.30.5097 as provided in U.S. note 7 to this subchapter.
This additional aggregate of beef of Argentina shall be managed in four quarterly tranches of 20,000,000 kilograms (kgs) each and shall not exceed 20,000,000 kgs per quarterly tranche. Each tranche is a distinct quota period administered on a first-come, first served basis. Tranche 1 opens on February 13, 2026, and closes on March 31, 2026. Tranche 2 will open on April 1, 2026, and close on June 30, 2026. Tranche 3 will open on July 1, 2026, and close on September 30, 2026. Tranche 4 will open on October 1, 2026, and close on December 31, 2026.

Opening Date – Tranche 1:
February 13, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 am for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 am ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
