ACE-Fehler F884 weist Section 338 Befreiungen ohne zollpflichtige Kapitel-99-Nummer zurück

Was hat CBP angekündigt?
CBP hat auf CBP.gov ein aktualisiertes ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary, Version V53, veröffentlicht. Es fügt den Fehler F884 hinzu, EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338. Der Fehler weist eine Section 338 Befreiungs-HTS-Nummer in einer Position zurück, die keine passende zollpflichtige Kapitel-99-Nummer enthält. Der Fehler wurde am 26. August 2026 in den Zertifizierungs- und Produktionsumgebungen aktiv.
Wie schätzt Allied die Mitteilung ein?
Dieser Fehler betrifft nur Einfuhrpositionen, die eine Section 338 Befreiung beanspruchen. Wir melden die Befreiung nur zusammen mit der zollpflichtigen Kapitel-99-Nummer, die für die Position erforderlich ist. Daher müssen Kunden nichts unternehmen.

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V53 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section onCBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair).
This update includes the following error:
- F884 – EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338
Use of exemption HTS 9903.03.05 for S338 is not allowed because there is no appropriate dutiable CH99 HTS reported on the line.
This update was deployed to both the CERTIFICATION (CERT) and PRODUCTION (PROD) environments on August 26, 2026.
