What did CBP announce?
CBP announced that December 24 and 26, 2025 became federal holidays under a presidential executive order, joining December 25 as CBP holidays. Entry summaries with a statement print date of December 24 or 26, 2025 still printed on those days, but payment was not due until December 29, 2025. ABI filers could change the payment print date to December 29, 2025 for previously transmitted summaries at their discretion.
What is Allied's position?
This notice only affected payment timing for entry summaries around the December 2025 holidays and that period has passed. It does not affect any entries we file today. Clients do not need to take any action on this now.

What does the CBP message say?
TO: ALL ABI FILERS
The President has signed an Executive Order designating December 24, 2025, and December 26, 2025, as Federal Holidays. Therefore, these dates will now be considered CBP Holidays, like December 25.
Any entries previously transmitted with a statement print date of 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 will still print on those days, but payment will not be due until 12/29/25. Filers who wish to change the payment print date from 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 to 12/29/25 for previously transmitted summaries may do so at their discretion.
