What did CBP announce?
CBP announced it canceled its free quarterly webinars scheduled for March 31 and April 2 due to a partial DHS shutdown. The sessions were meant to cover use of the Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) tool and filing Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) allegations. CBP said it would hold future webinars on these topics in later months.
What is Allied's position?
This notice only canceled two informational webinars and did not change any filing rule or deadline. It had no effect on the entries we file for clients. Clients did not need to take any action then, and none is needed now.

What does the CBP message say?
Due to the partial Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shutdown, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has canceled its free quarterly webinars that were originally scheduled for March 31 and April 2. The sessions focused on using the Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) tool and filing Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) allegations with CBP.
