What did CBP announce?
CBP announced an updated version of the ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query (V11), posted on CBP.gov. The update let the query return an unlimited number of records for Manufacturer Names and Foreign Exporter Names, instead of a limited set. CBP deployed the change to the certification environment on June 4, 2026, and to production on July 9, 2026.
What is Allied's position?
This is a technical update to a CBP data query system used for AD/CVD case lookups. It concerns how brokers and filers retrieve manufacturer and exporter data, not entry filing requirements, and clients do not need to act. We use the updated query results as part of our normal AD/CVD entry work.

What does the CBP message say?
Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query V11 has been posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). The updated version includes the following:
• Manufacturer Details (Output RC-Record) - amended to now return an unlimited number of records returning all Manufacturer Names
• Foreign Exporter Details (Output RD-Record) - amended to now return an unlimited number of records returning all Foreign Exporter Names
This update deployed to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment on June 4, 2026, and will deploy to the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on July 9, 2026.
