What did CBP announce?
CBP announced that updates to the AD/CVD Case Information Query would deploy to the CERT test environment on June 4, 2026. The update lets the query return an unlimited number of records for Manufacturer Details and Foreign Exporter Details. CBP scheduled deployment to the production environment for July 9, 2026. The ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query V11 was posted as a draft chapter on CBP.gov.
What is Allied's position?
This was a technical ACE programming change for filers and software developers. It did not change AD/CVD rates or entry requirements, and importers did not need to act. Later CSMS messages may have changed the schedule, so clients with AD/CVD questions should ask Allied about their entries.

Please be advised that the updates for the AD/CVD Case Information Query returning an unlimited number of records for Manufacturer Details and Foreign Exporter Details will now deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment on June 4, 2026.
The ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query V11 is currently posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update is scheduled to deploy to the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on July 9, 2026.
