What did CBP announce?
CBP announced an update to the Electronic Export Manifest Appendix O, Schedule K reference table. The update removed six port of unlading codes: 27725, 27726, 42879, 27739, 27727 and 27700. CBP directed technical questions to client representatives and policy questions to its export manifest mailbox.
What is Allied's position?
This update changed a reference code table used in export manifest filings, not entry filings we handle for importers. It does not affect the import entries Allied files. Clients do not need to act, but exporters or carriers using these old port of unlading codes should confirm with their manifest filer that the change was applied.

Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) will be implementing an update to the CBP Export Manifest Appendix O – Schedule K.
The updates implemented are removal of Port of Unlading Codes:
- 27725
- 27726
- 42879
- 27739
- 27727
- 27700
